The next step

Having Copilot is the start. Confidence comes from practice.

Most teams find their feet with Copilot the same way: by trying it on work they already know, with someone showing them what good looks like. That’s exactly how our training works.

Where does it fit in my day?

We show your people where Copilot helps in the work they already do.

How do I ask for what I need?

Clearer prompting, practised on familiar tasks.

Can I rely on what it gives me?

How to check, question and improve a response before using it.

What your team gains

Why CROFTI

Training connected to how your business actually works. Not a software demo. Not an off-the-shelf course.

We work with construction and manufacturing businesses every day, so we build training around real operational work.

Positive about AI and honest about its limits, so your people learn to check before they rely.

Every option ends with something your team keeps, so the learning continues after we leave.

When you’re ready for more, we can help with agents, readiness and ongoing adoption.

FAQs

Quick answers before you book.

Which option should we choose?

Kickstart suits teams who want to see what Copilot could look like in their work first. Jumpstart suits teams ready for hands-on practice. Foundations suits organisations that also want a baseline of their Microsoft 365 environment and a Teams space for continued learning. We’ll help you decide on the call.

Can training focus on leaders or a particular team?

Yes. We shape sessions for leaders, everyday users or an agreed team, and scope a department focus with you based on the format and time available.

Is delivery online or onsite?

Kickstart and Jumpstart are delivered remotely. Foundations is online by default, with onsite delivery available as a premium option.

What licences will participants need?

Participants need appropriate Microsoft 365 and Copilot access for the activities we plan. Licences aren’t part of the training, and we confirm requirements with you during planning.

Can we use our own examples?

Yes. Training is built around your team’s real tasks. We agree with you beforehand which examples and material are appropriate to use.
