Continuing the Journey

With SmartStart complete, JC Civil Projects moved straight into implementation.

CROFTI is now delivering the Data Foundation — connecting Productive.io, Expert Estimation, and Xero into a single PostgreSQL database, with Claude configured to query it directly. When complete, Jared and the management team will be able to ask plain-language questions about project status, financial performance, and estimate versus actual figures, and get accurate answers from live business data in seconds.

It’s the first phase of JC Civil’s broader Claude-centric automation roadmap and the layer everything else gets built on top of.

The strategy is proven. The build has started.
